Privacy policy

Last updated 2026-10-23. This policy covers this website and the waitlist. Our product is not open yet; a fuller policy covering accounts, client lists and mailing will be published before it opens.

What we collect

  • Waitlist. The email address you enter, the role you optionally choose, the page you signed up from, the date and time, and your country as reported by Cloudflare.
  • Abuse protection. To stop automated sign-ups we keep a counter keyed to a one-way hash of your IP address for about two hours. We do not store your IP address itself with your sign-up.
  • Email you send us. If you write to [email protected], we keep the message and our reply.

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not use third-party trackers. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs for security and reliability.

How we use it

We use your email only to tell you about Fondest: one message when we open and occasional launch updates. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

Who processes it

We host the site and store the waitlist with Cloudflare, Inc. in the United States. We will name any other service provider here before we use it with your information.

Your choices

Email [email protected] at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to be removed from the waitlist. Every marketing email we send will include an unsubscribe link and our postal address.

Retention

We keep waitlist entries until you ask us to remove them or until we have contacted the list about launch and you have not engaged, whichever comes first.

Children

This site is for business users and is not directed to children under 13.
